Bacon Bloody Mary Recipe Topped with Mac and Cheese Bites

Bacon Bloody Marys Topped with Mac and Cheese Bites, Made with Cocktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix

National Mac and Cheese Day, you say? Ahhh yes, please!!!! There’s nothing like that cheesy, oooey, gooey meal that is mac and cheese! But you know what goes really good with mac and cheese? Bacon!!! That was my inspiration for my latest recipe; bacon bloody marys topped with mac and cheese bites! Can you say DROOL?

For the bloody mary mix, I used my latest go-to, Cocktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix, crafted by the legendary bartender, Chris McMillan. You can actually get it on sale right now for 50% off at Walmart by clicking here

I don’t know if I had more fun with this one making and eating the garnish or drinking the cocktail but I can tell you it is heaven on earth! I rimmed the glass with a smear of maple syrup (instead of citrus) and drizzled some over the mac and cheese bites for an added DELISH factor. As I sang, “I’ll stop the world and melt with you. You’ve seen the difference and it’s getting cheddar all the time”, I sipped…and ate, my beautiful creation with the cheesiest grin on my face!

Ingredients:

8oz Cocktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix

3oz of bacon flavored vodka (I used Bakon Vodka)

1 tsp of maple syrup

Kosher salt

2 slices of bacon

2 or 3 mac and cheese bites (use this recipe)

1 celery stalk

Directions

  1. Use your finger to wet the rim of your glass with a smear of maple syrup (not too much or it will drip). Then take the glass and dip it into a container of the kosher salt to create an evenly seasoned rim. Add ice to the glass

  2. Mix in a shaker or tumbler the Cocktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix and the bacon vodka. Shake and pour into glass

  3. Garnish the glass with the mac and cheese bites, celery, and bacon. Use remaining maple syrup to drizzle over the garnish

*sip and enjoy and please drink responsibly
