Pumpkin Spice Beermosa Recipe
Pumpkin Spice Beermosa Recipe For Your Fall Brunches
If I’m being completely honest, I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin spice lattes! I know that sounds so rebellious, but I just never got on the PSL bandwagon. With that being said, I wanted to create a fall pumpkin spice recipe that would be a fun play on the popular drink….and of course, be a little boozy!
Because I want to bring you guys all the best brunch food and drink recipes, I decided to make my own version of a pumpkin spice beermosa! That’s right…. a little bit of pumpkin spice and everything nice…. beer and champagne! The Pumpkin Spice Beermosa Recipe is the perfect fall brunch cocktail. It satisfies not only your fall cravings but plays to the beer lover and the champagne lover. It will be a guaranteed hit at any fall brunch!
For the Pumpkin Spice Beermosa Recipe, I used a pumpkin-flavored beer. I went with Blue Moon’s Harvest Pumpkin because it was still a little early and the rest of the pumpkin beers weren’t on the shelf yet. Every city has some really awesome craft breweries who put out seasonal pumpkin beers, and I highly recommend one of those, especially if you have a favorite!
This recipe is going to be more beer forward, so I don’t suggest using an incredibly expensive champagne, and I would recommend using a drier champagne. However, it’s totally up to you if you want to go sweeter!
The Pumpkin Spice Beermosa is the perfect fall brunch cocktail. You get the best of all three worlds…. beer, champagne, and pumpkin spice all in your glass! If that’s not happiness in a glass, then I don’t know what is!
And yes, I know in the US we are supposed to call it sparkling wine, but you get what I mean ;)
