What is Bloody Mary Obsessed?
Bloody Mary Obsessed is just that; obsessed with bloody marys!!! I’m a San Diego based bloody mary and brunch lifestyle blogger who helps San Diegan’s and travelers to the area by finding the best places to brunch and drink bloody marys! I take the arduous decision making out of what bottled mix and spirits to use when you whip up bloody marys at home, coupled with fun recipe ideas to try!
Share our affinity for bloody marys and brunch, new experiences, DIY bartending, and travel with the world. Bloody Mary Obsessed is all about the power of positivity so if we have a bad bloody, we just aren't going to post about it, period. However, not all bloodys are created equal so we do use a tomato 🍅 rating system from 1-5.
About the Author
I have always loved tomatoes from my head to-ma-toes! As a young child, I ate tomatoes like apples and downed vats of tomato juice throughout my adolescence despite ridicule and looks of disgust on my peers faces. It wasn't until becoming an adult where it became socially acceptable to drink tomatoes as long as they were in the form of a bloody mary. That never deterred me though! I also love to travel, cook, the beach, all things Boston sports, boating, hiking, listening to music, meeting new people, craft beer, working out and sharing my adventures with others. Over the last 10 years I have lived in 6 different states but will always be a Bostonian at heart. "Go pak ya cah." Currently, I reside in sunny SoCal in San Diego where the beach, breeze, and bloodys are all I need. I do not claim myself to be a professional writer and may try to be funny and fail, but I never let a little criticism hold me back from pursuing my dreams.
First, I want to thank my amazing husband who has helped me put this together as the unofficial editor-in-chief. He has supported my dreams and has been there with me on many of my bloody good adventures, despite being 8 years sober! Second, I want to thank all the amazing bartenders and servers out there that serve us these amazing drinks and food. Spending many years in food service industry myself, I know what it's like to go years without having weekends off. We work weekends so everyone else can enjoy theirs, so don't forget to tip them! Last, I want to thank YOU, the readers! This wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for your readership, so I cherish it!
